project/issue/concern

I have volunteered to help find a nursing concern in the hospital to work on. Specifically it is projects/issue of need/or concern and need to develop the concern showing baseline data, actions to improve and how it has influenced the quality of nursing. I have not ventured into this area before and hope someone out there has some experience or insight to help me get started. I think I would like to focus on wound care, specialty beds, or wound vac education.

Also, I am taking the PCCN and wonder if anyone has input on study for this test.
