I just got accepted into the LVN program and its 25,000 and the only reason why I'm doing that is because i heard it was quicker to go get RN degree from the LVN to RN bridge, but I'm having second thoughts about it and I'm debating if I just go to straight to RN ,but the waiting list is long and competitive. Based on your experience and knowledge what would be a better idea and quicker way to get the RN degree.. straight to RN or the LVN program then to the LVN to RN bridge?

Unfortunately James since no one has gone through both routes its hard to get an objective answer about that but I would suggest doing as I did and start a running tab or pros and cons of each route and filling it in as you get more info and opinions and eventually you will come up with a plan that is right for YOU.
It is good that we have the option of brides and advanced placement I heard it used to be if LVN's wanted to upgrade they had to start from scratch.
