This. It's part of the job, not a waste of time. If a student can show they are "in Process" they can stay in school. If not, they are put out.

This. These kids are why I come to work. Great age group, lots of anxiety issues and sports injuries, though. Be prepared to work very closely with Psych, SW and Guidance.
