i have saunders comprehensive 2nd edition and saunders comprehensive 3rd edition cd. do i still need 3rd edition book?

Hello eveyone... Here I am again need your help so bad. Been through a lot of trials in life. Graduated long time ago yes 10+ years. Took the nclex 3x but failed years 1998, 1999 and 2004. From then I never review again very frustrated. I just keep myself busy for work. One of my friend's friend lend me her kaplan question trainer copyright 2004. Is it still okay to use this CD since there's some changes in the exam? Cant afford to go to the class like kaplan. Will order the saunders comprehensive review 3rd edition in amazon tomorrow. And also Im a foreign graduate. Hope i can cope up with the new format of nclex style felt like my brain is rusty. Thank you for your time reading my post. The updated 3rd edition just came out today with more questions. Suzanne do we need the 3rd edition?
