  1. Hello people I'm just wondering if what kind of questions they are going to ask me during my interview in a surgical position. Is it different compared to Medicine Unit? Is it more critical? I really want to start my experience in a medicine unit but yea surgery is another specialty but ill give it a shot. Can you guys please provide me an example of questions that will help me to prepare for my interview in surgical position. Thank you :))

  10. Believe me what happened on my classmates last year, their instructor quit in the middle of their clinical and they have to move to another hospital.
  11. If you want to wrap up your brain about this issue, you might wanna check the comments of this link: https://allnurses.com/philippine-nursing-forum/say-no-lpn-311473.html -It's a scam and LPN graduates in the Philippines will never gain acceptance to other countries because the government itself doesn't recognize the program. You need to be an RN in order to travel abroad.
  12. watch greys anatomy to give you an idea on how to dress simple but elegant.

  14. I have to watch my instructor to wash this poor old lady while shes hanging on a mechanical life because shes having a diarrhea. Then all of the sudden the old lady shoots her poop in projectile motion hitting my instructor. I was laughing really hard behind the curtains.
  15. I had many of those moments, you just have to believe in yourself and failing in one homework or test doesn't mean its end of the world. Just keep doing your best because there are more exams or quizzes that weights more than what you have right now. Think positive, learn from your mistakes, and don't let your emotion create this fearful thoughts in your mind...
  16. I want to experience both fields when i graduate next year .
  17. I'm 19 on my second year and always OD from estrogen for being the only male in class.:trout:
  18. Managing your time and dedication helps a lot in a short period of time.
  19. Putting on the dressing and tape is a clean procedure so you dont have to worry about getting your hands contaminated.
  20. I'm also graduating next year, and yea being the only asian guy in my class is just different. I overcome my shyness by becoming more confident and spent ridiculous amount of time talking with my white classmates and friends. During clinicals it's really important to put aside your weakness and this will help you to perform your practices more efficiently. I know English is the hardest language in the world, and it takes time to improve your communication and don't be afraid to ask for help because there are many people who are willing to give you support in your school. -Godspeed
