  19. Hello, I'm planning on attending TVCC this fall semester. I'm happy to hear that someone have positive feedback about the school. I was wondering how you are selected for the program, I'm going for the LVN and then branch over to the ADN. Are there any pointers on the HESI test? Study guide or something. Your help is greatly appreciated.
  20. Hello, I'm planning on attending Trinity Valley Community College in Terrell, Tx, has anyone been through the ADN program there with any success? Or can someone tell me what to expect. I'm taking my basic starting next month, but I have to work full time up until clinical.. Any advise will help. Thanks
  21. If you don't mind, can you tell me what literature you studied to pass the NCLEX and the HESI A2? I have to take the HESI and pass in order to enroll into the nursing program. Next month I will begin to take my basic and I'm doing those online except the AP classes. It seem like its always some sort of financial hardship that try to keep me from going back to school. I actually started out in the summer of last year and due to finance, I had to wait until the fall of this year, and I'm actually taking away from bills to pay for these classes... I know in the end I will not have any regrets and I'm ready for all sacrifices to come with this journey. I have prayed and claim to be a nurse. But its just so hard with the economy and being a single parent. But you have inspired me in more ways you will ever ever know. Thanks a bunch for the support. This site has encourage me in more ways than one.
  22. Thank you for that information. I will try to find that book to start studying.
  23. :crying2:Your story literally have me in tears.. I can honestly say that I understand the financial hardship you have experienced. Without Him, you could not have made it, but you did, and you have given me more reason to go for it. I know through Him I can do all things, and you have proven that to be. Congrats on your new career... Please keep me posted... You did it!
  24. Well I'm a single parent and I'm unable to just save my money, besides what's in my 401k. I'm hoping that by me making a career change that this will help me to over come all the obstacles I have endured. Plus I get a big joy by helping people and my heart goes out to children and the elderly.
  25. Now that is awesome! Wow, if you don't mind ask him what did he study to pass the NCLEX.. and the HESI A2. That is what I'm afraid of. That is a blessing...
