We can wear whatever scrub shirts and pants we want to class and lab. We have white clinical scrubs, us girls have to also where a white apron with navy trim

My feet normally hurt at the end of every shift and my back hurts a lot too, but I think I did something to it when I first started my job but I was young and didn't report anything.
I work in a LTCF near Medina and I started out at 10.25 w/ .25 shift differential. That was 3 yrs ago, now I believe our starting wage for STNAs is 11.35, Not sure if thats with the shift differential or not.
