How's the situation here?

-Decent flat for Bachelors and Couples

-Transpo covered by company

- medical insurance is... well... not worth mentioning

- Hospital is still looking new, new building under construction

- Nursing department is.. HORRIBLE! Promises that are mostly broken. DoN that you cannot trust, same goes for her office buds.

- HR is like a small boat sailing in the high seas, you'll never know when they will tip over and throw you out and leave you drowning.

- Working condition here in the ward is bad.

- overtime pay is not existent or perhaps theyll trick you to work extra shift then wont pay you or pay you half or just offer time back.

-indifferent HR staffs

-ever changing policies and procedures.

- NEW VICTIM, that's how they identify new hires.

Quality

- it is JCI accredited. Can't prove its adherence to the policies though

Salary?

-Not usually delayed but unreliable.

- depends on how much exp and education you have. But dont expect much because the main reason why you are being hired is because you are considered as a cheaper choice.

Do I recommend this hospital?

- Your insensitive if you haven't noticed it by now.

Alternatives?

-If you really want to work here in KSA then find a government hospital instead.

This hospital needs an extreme tune up to achieve its potential.
