Pro/Cons Central PA Hospitals as ICU GN

I am a GN graduating in December have 4 offers from three different hospitals in the Central PA area. They all are within the ICU's of each of these hospitals, three of them focus on Cardiac. They are all Day/Night shifts, I'm just not really sure where to go from here I have to tell 2 hospitals no and I hospital yes. I have seen all the units, have talked to managers and staff, but they seem to tell you what you want to hear. The orientation programs are all 20 weeks in length and include a variety of learning experiences and ICU courses. Just not sure where to really go from here which job to take?
