Hi, I was told that in order to get accepted into the master's program (NP or CRNA), you cannot receive anything lower than a B. Can anyone verify this for me.
I won't be starting nursing school until this fall and my ultimate goal would be to further my education when I am done. Of course I need to worry about finishing my BSN first, and I won't exactly know what i want to specialize in until I start clinicals and get a feel of everything. I will always strive to do my best, but I do realize that the grading scale is different when you are in the program (80 is a C).
Anyone's input is appreciated since I am just trying to think ahead and be prepared.

Most grad schools require a B or B+ average. NP & CRNA programs are very competitive. The higher your grades, the better. Get that RN first, then some experience before you start worrying about grad school. Trust me, just getting thorugh the Rn degree will occupy alll your time & energy! The greatest thinkg about nursing is that you can pursue higher degrees at any time in your career.
