Hi there. Frequently happens to me the clogging of penicillin when i try to administrate. i use 20 gauge needle and reserve a minimum of air in the syringue to prevent the contact with the needle. i also change the needle after preparation as always. can you help me?

Blackbird1984 2 Posts Nov 3, 2016 I'm referring to IM administration. The product comes ready to mix and administrate - 12.000 or 24.000 units. Yes i use a IV needle - 20g - as it is impossible to administrate with a 22g - if i do it, it is certaintly that it will clog.
