hey all.. there is a thread on the pre-crna forum and there is quite a quandry regarding thoughts... i want to ask the crna's and not the srna forum.. can anyone set the thoughts straight regarding if crna's have the script authority or not? to my knowledge crnas "prescribe" peri-op.. others are curious about prescribing, to my readings, after the fact.. out-pt, amb-surg, etc... why would crna's need Rx authority after the peri-op period? leave that to the MD or primary care.. no? perhaps i am missing the point.. but as far as i know, crna's do not have Rx authority after the fact...
