I used Barron's (book and CD) and a book called "words for smart test takers" (or something like that) to improve my vocab. I didn't do a whole lot of studying because I was busy finishing school, but I ended up doing pretty well. I think the Barron review and hints were very helpful. I took the math sections of the five practice tests the day before I tested because I knew math would be my better section and I really wanted to do well. I think it really helped me prepare for the high intensity timed test situation.
If you do a search on amazon.com, you can see ratings and comments for different preparation books. That's how I decided on the Barron's book.
Good luck!
