First off, I have to say Yay!!! I'm going to be an Auntie!
My twin sister (armed with all the printed material her OB gave her) is looking for a way to track her nutrition intake (she wants to make sure she's getting the right amount of the right things). She's only 9 weeks or so, but she's been feeling pretty crummy and has lost weight- she's slender to start with.
Anyone aware of either an on-line tracker or a computer program where you can plug in your intake and see if you're getting the nutrients you need? I remember in nursing school, we had such a computer program, but I can't remember the name. All the on-line searches I've done point me to E-Diet and Weight Watchers so far.
Even if there's a workbook-type thing that you can fill in, she says she'll do that. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

The Brewer Diet (associated with the Bradley Method) is here www.blueribbonbaby.org. When I took my Bradley class we had tracking sheets that were very helpful. They may be available there. Congrats!
