Pregnant New Grad-ER Hopeful

Hello,

I very recently found out that I may be pregnant (need to see the doc to confirm) and I'm worried because I graduate this spring but we are already interviewing for positions. When I calculate the due date, it falls halfway through any 6 month GN residency program. My dilemma is how to handle the situation because ER positions are competitive enough but that's the ONLY unit I'm passionate about and I know with only 3 months I won't have accumulated time for maternity leave. Most of the other posts are older and for Med-Surg so I was wondering if anyone has been in this position and how it turned out.

I'd appreciate any advice you have.
