STAY AT KINGSBOROUGH.
If you go to a 4-yr CUNY, you will have to take pre-calculus and Chem I and then Bio I and II (which is not needed for most nursing programs) to be eligible to take A&P I and II. I struggled with this myself, running around begging biology and chemistry programs to let me take the classes and explaining that I already had a degree and simply needed to fulfill my pre-reqs for nursing. They will enforce this new CUNY-wide policy of pre-calc and Chem. At the CUNY Community Colleges, you can go right into A&P and Micro.
When I spoke to LIU nursing they actually suggested I finish my pre-reqs at CUNY.
Also, if you already have a degree, if you transfer in A&P I and II and Micro, they will waive the Bio I and II requirement.
Save yourself some time and heartache. Take the classes at Kingsborough, do really well, and good luck applying to LIU!
