Pre-Nursing Major Change

I was recently accepted into South Carolina, and I put down a deposit to hold a spot in case I don't get in somewhere else off the waitlist. But, I am very interested in pursuing Nursing, but on my application, I didn't get in due to space being taken up. What can I do to ensure I get into the program? Or is that not even possible? It is something I really want to do and would like any advice on the subject. Thanks for taking your time!

I'd like to add that I got into Pharmaceuticals as a backup, and was accepted into some other programs at other schools!
