Hey im completing an care plan for a male that have attened the Gp clinic for my assigment for uni and was wondering if a Nursing goal is the same as a nursing dinigiois .I have to also write an short terma dn long term goals to go with this if anyone could explain the diffrence i would be greatly thankful

Diagnosis in this context means a nursing diagnosis (not a medical diagnosis like a broken bone, something like impaired mobility). Goal means desired outcome. It sounds like you need to review the nursing process in general.

Diagnosis - see above

Plan - Here's where you state your goal(s)

Implementation

Evaluation

Short term goals can be met/not met/evaluated in 1-2 weeks MAXIMUM. Long term goals are those that cannot. Hope this helps.
