may be someone can help me out here, i am doing evolve on line review, according to guidelines it is recommended that ppv23 is recommended for any child with a high risk medical condition on or after 2 years of age, high risk includes those with HIV

The question on the test read as follows

a 4 year old with a history of HIV comes to your office the immunization records shows that the child has received 4 doses of PCV& which of the following is appropriate for this child regarding pneumonococcal disease

a) give nothing the child is fully immunized

b) give one dose of PPV23

C)Give one dose of PCV7

d) tell the parents to bring the child back at the beginning of flu season for the doe of PPV23

well a and d are wrong, I chose b the correct answer was c what am I missing here please help
