Posey foot elevator?

Has anyone ever used a Posey foot elevator for heel pressure relief? I have a resident with dementia/CVA hx with a stage II pressure area on one heel and an SDTI on the other heel because while using a standard heels up device, he will move the device up or cross his legs so that the heel is still pressed into the bed even with the heels up device in place. Not "allowed" to use suspension/foam/inflatable boots at our facility per protocol. Searching for a solution that works. Any experience with the Posey foot elevator? Any other ideas?
