Anyone seeing pregnant teens as a PNP

Our office has a policy that once the person becomes a parent they are no longer our patient, whether male or female, but we will see their baby once it's born. Is following a pregnancy or a pregnant woman in the scope of practice for PNPs?
I don't think it is but the physician in the office not my supervising md was upset last week because I refused to see a 15 year old who was 16 weeks pregnant, he felt that the least I could have done was called her OB for guidance, my point was once I examined her I had established a relationship , and that this was not in my scope of practice, he sees her all the time, that's his license not mine.
