which PMHNP program

Hi,

I have one week to decide which in person PMHNP program is best for me. One is a Doctorate-university of maryland and the other two are masters-Penn and NYU. I live in Baltimore so it would be easiest for Maryland, but I don't see myself staying in Baltimore for 4 more years. Has anyone been in any of these programs? Any good recs?
