Please share your UCSF or Stanford (or other California) Residency experiences!

I am currently a student nurse and I will be graduating in December this year. I am just curious if anyone would like to share their experience relating to getting accepted into a residency program - was it helpful and how so? I am still debating whether or not I would ultimately go into ICU or ER for adults. So I am hoping to learn if any hospitals even offer ER residencies, if anyone got into one, how was it? Thanks! ?
