hello nurses from california,

we are dutch students from the university of technology and we are conducting a research on the performance of healthcare professionals from california.

we need a lot of nurses from california to fill in the following survey.

goal of the research: find out how job demands and resources influence job crafting. furthermore, we look at the influence of job crafting on motivation, wellbeing, job-satisfaction and development of the health-care professionals.

in return for your help, we will send you the results of the research. these results will contain tips on how to improve the performance of health care professionals. imagine how much your manager will appreciate these!
