Please help with Healthcare Leader Interview

Hi all,

As part of a school assignment we are required to interview a healthcare leader. If anyone who is a nurse manager or responsible for managing a budget could help me that would be absolutely wonderful :) The objective and questions are included below:

Objective: To understand economic constraints routinely encountered by department level or facility level managers.

Healthcare Leader Interview should include content and discussion on the following:

(a) Inquire about the type of budget(s) they utilize and why.

(b)What are their key budgetary challenges?
