please guide too confused

here is my story

Hi everyone

i am from uzbekistan and i have nurse & doctor diplomas i did my residency(OBGYN) in my country

I am married now and have a 4 month old son (thanks god) i have 2 way now to be nurse or doctor sometimes i think i have a family so to be nurse enough and it is easy for me i need to take just toefl and nclex(which is pretty easy for me)

to be doctor in USA is possible but very long way 3 steps usmle and residency 3 or 4 years ( it will take me 6-7 yr)

too confused

when i was pregnant my OBGYN doctor told me just be nurse practitioner

i am green card holder

right now i am taking care of baby and my husband supporting us and going to school part time

pl who has more experience advice me which way should i choose
