Hi! I just got an Interview for PIH Good Samaritan ED Nurse Residency. Anyone have insight on the interview process and what type of questions?

hi!! I have an interview for the nicu and was hoping to find answers too!! but I havent had any luck and was browsing through old threads for PIH and didn't find anything regarding the ED either. ?

I haven't heard anything recently:( the most I know is that possibly for ED it is clinical scenarios and prioritization type questions. However that was with a diff hiring manager. I'll lyk if I hear anything! when's your interview?

my friend who works there but on a tele unit said its typically like introducing urself, why you became a nurse, maybe some clinical scenarios based on the unit (id think for ED its def prioritization), and maybe a few others questions! mines on Thursday!! hbu?

hi! Wish I saw this post sooner but I interviewed with the nicu and just received an update that the position has been filled. Not sure how many new grads they were planning on hiring but wishing you all the best of luck!

☹️☹️im sorry!! I had my interview on Thursday and received an offer. they told me they were hiring 2

OMG congrats! the interviewers were super friendly so I'm sure you will have a great experience. Did you receive your offer this morning?

yeah they were soooo nice! thank you!! I actually received my offer like 5 hours after my interview haha! I went in there super confident and honestly knew I did really really well when I left, but after so much rejection I was still unsure. I'm so happy though ?

IDK why my other response got hidden for some reason but thank you! I got my offer like 5 hours after my interview!!

OMG yay! I got the offer for ED too! not sure how many position for that. I got the call next morning. Congrats!
