piedmont new residency 2017 fall

Hi, everyone,

This is the first time I post here.

Has anyone applied piedmont new residency program for 2017 fall?

I applied three locations at Fayette, Newnan, and Stockbridge, but I haven't gotten any response yet. and I also applied a few openings that said"new graduates are eligible", also no response at all. I am wondering is it because something wrong with my resume or do I need a referral to get the attention?

Hello I applied to the residency programs at all the locations in like may...they finally called me back at the end of June for Stockbridge..they had me pick an interview date because I'm from Chicago... I picked july28th....went on the interview and got hired that same day. Program starts October 30. Good luck

Do you mind share your experiences about the interview? Someone contacted me for a phone screen, hopefully it will lead to an interview

The interview went very quick she didn't ask a lot of questions....made me feel extremely comfortable because she knew I was nervous...be sure to bring a copy of your resume...but anyway she liked me so much that she had me tour the unit and told me she was very interested in me joining her team and someone would be in touch...I got my confirmation from Human Resources about 3 hours after interview...but it may not be too late they may just be going in order they received the applications...however when I did my phone screen she set me up with an appointment to meet with the managers right after she asked me all her questions...keep your fingers crossed
