PICU and NICU in Boston

Hey all-

I'm currently in Florida and am looking at moving back to New England (possibly NH) and working for the Children's Hospital in Boston (there are 2 aren't there). Can anyone who currently works in the PICU/NICU or oncology departments give me insight as to what your morale is on your floors (that is soooo important) and also if you feel your team is cohesive at all. Additionally, how do you feel about your hospital. I currently work at All Children's Hospital and I know that I, along with a ton of my coworkers really truly feel like it is "our hospital" and that it is "our responsibility" to take care of these little monkies. I love my job even if it isn't clinical....yet. It still makes a difference.
