Hello! Im a nurse in California trying to break into the public health nursing in the area. I have a couple of interviews lined up. I was wondering if any other PHNs in CA could help me prepare for these interviews and chat w me about some desirable qualities in an interview. I've done two interviews that ended in rejection so I'd like to do better in my upcoming county interviews.  I'm down to talk on discord and other platforms, whatever works. Thanks.

Hi! I am not a PHN but I am also looking into PHN 🙂 What is the application process like? I have read that it can take a whole year to be contacted. Has that been the case for you?
