Has anyone completed this program before?
Currently gaining my med/surg experience now but have been interested in getting into OR for as long as I could remember. I would like to hone my assessment, time management, and critical thinking skills prior to making my next move so I am planning ahead in 1-2 years. As a current MSH employee, would completing this program through PSON increase my chances of switch departments and getting an offer? (A lot of the MSHS job postings say the requirement is 1 year circulating experience but will accept periop 101 program as alternate experience. Ideas?)
