I have a question, but am unsure how to formulate it. If someone can give me steps, I would really appreciate it. Here it goes: order MS04 1/15gr, available MS04 0.1 gr. How to you do the math to figure it out? Thanks to anyone who can give me tips.( I am not very good in math. lol).-Aileen

grain 1/15 = 4 mg (1/15 X 60 = 4)

grain 0.1 = 6 mg (0.1 x 60 = 6)

order: 4 mg

available: 6 mg

Divide 4 by 6 = 0.66

Next you need to multiply 0.66 times the quantity and that piece is missing in the info you gave. Assuming it is 1 mL 0.66 X 1 = 0.66

The answer would be 0.66 mL or 0.7 mL if you are suppose to round to the nearest tenths place.
