I took Pharm there in 07. I took it in person with no online elements with an older woman as the instructor. She was fabulous and gave us great review sheets before the exams.
The class was a lot of reading but pretty straightforward--read the book & use the slides to study. When I took it, pre-nursing students could take it so the questions aren't NCLEX style. They're just regular multiple choice questions.
If this still sounds like the way the class is set up, I might be able to dig up my review sheets for you. Most of my notes from class were just a few lines on printed powerpoint slides.
Edit: I took it at the same time as A&P 1. I had to ask my A&P professor (*****, toughest but best class I ever took) a few physiology questions but I still did ok. The most detailed physiology was in the cardiac meds.

Hello.
I am going to be taking Pharmacology at Central Texas College in Killeen, TX in the fall. I noticed that there is only one class available, with " in-class" instruction and tons of online options.
If you have taken Pharmacology at Central Texas College, did you take it in-class or online? And did you like that method of instruction? How are online classes designed for Pharm?? Just trying to get some perspective.
Thanks for your input..
