PGH NICU's Advice

I recently moved to the PGH area. I have NICU experience and am looking at hospitals in the area. I'd really like to hear from nurses working in any of the area NICU's, or even working in the hospitals that have NICU's. I'd like to know what people think re: working conditions, benefits, staffing, etc. The other option is going to UPMC Preby. and doing their OR training. It sounds really exciting, but after reading on another thread that they work their nurses to death, I'm not so sure. I know when I worked at a University hospital they weren't very good to the nurses, did nothing to retain them and had the attitude that if someone left, they'd just hire yet another new grad. We were constantly under staffed and over worked. Being older, more experienced and having worked a few places, I know there are nice places to work and places better avoided. It would be really helpful to know which places to avoid, which places are tolerable, and which places people are fairly happy. Thanks in advance!
