Perinatal or NICU nurse

I am in school right now for medical assisting and I am thinking about going to school for nursing. I would love to work with babies. The problem is my husband is in the military and we are going to move soon. So I can't look for any schools yet but I don't know if i'm on the right path. I was thinking about only going for administrative work, but after volunteering in the hospital and realizing that I can work in certain areas. I never thought that I could actually be a nurse but I love being in the hospital and I love the fact that could help lives. What is the best way to becoming a NICU nurse or Perinatal nurse?
