CHOP New Grad RN Interview

U.S.A. Pennsylvania

Published

Hello! I have an interview scheduled for next week with CHOP for a new grad position as a critical care float. I am particularly interested in the CICU/NICU but also open to working other critical care areas such as PICU and step down units. I wanted to see if anyone who has been through this process before has any advice for the interview? I am flying in from out of state so I will be doing a shadowing in one of these units as well. I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with this, as I am not really sure what to expect in the shadow experience. It has been my dream to work at CHOP for so long, I want to do everything I can to prepare for this! Any advice is greatly appreciate, Thanks!!

Hi Clauren! If you have not had your interview yet I hope it went well. I was wondering if you had to do a first pre-recorded video interview beforehand before moving onto the in person interview? I am currently in the New RN Talent Pool where I had to do a pre-recorded video interview which I passed and am now waiting for a second interview. I am aware of the position you applied for (which is awesome) and am just wondering the process/timeline it took for everything. Thanks!

Can I ask when you applied?
