Pediatric Nursing (Charleston, Nashville)

Has anyone worked in the Children's Hospital At MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina? I am considering working in the Pediatric Cardiology Unit and I would like to know if other nurses' like the unit? Coworkers? Staff? Area? I will be moving from out of state so want to know if the community is welcoming, etc.

I also have a job offer at VUMC in Nashville, Tennessee and have the same questions about the Children's Hospital.

All recommendations are welcomed!! Please help me out ?
