Pediatric Independent Providers in Ohio... Please Advise

I work in a pediatric homecare setting After searching multiple sites including the board website and ODJFS I thought I would come here to maybe find answers to a few questions... (maybe I'm just not understanding the language)

1. Can physician appointment discharge papers with new orders written on them given to caregiver count as orders? May sound like a silly question but should I file them like orders and change my 485 based on this?

2. If physician gives mother a telephone order for med change or new med, do I still need to call for a telephone order and send it to office to be signed?

3. CanI take a telephone order from an RN under the direction of the physician?

I work this case only a few days a week but it seems like there are changes almost daily. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
