Pearson Vue Trick 2015

I just took my NCLEX 3 days ago. It took me about 2 months to receive my ATT (I am from California) I found these threads extremely helpful while I was going through the whole NCLEX process, so i told my self I would write my experience once I passed NCLEX.

Like I said my ATT took about 2 months and then I gave myself 4 weeks after that to study for my test. Waiting for your ATT is already so awful, I can't believe we don't have immediate results after NCLEX, torture! I read about the Pearson Vue trick but was apprehensive to try it since I've heard a couple of bad things about it on these threads. I tried to wait and just find out from the BRN but I had serious chest pain after taking my test. I wanted to find out NOW if I passed. Since I had full on angina I went and got a Visa GIFT CARD like people said and the day after taking NCLEX (about 24 hrs) I tried the Pearson Vue trick.

Like people said, they have updated the Pearsonvue website so now you have to actually put in a valid credit card number and SUBMIT all the way to the END. Once you click all the way to the submit button you will get the 'good pop up' which says something along of the lines of "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled another test. Another registration cannot be made at this time" and you won't be able to reschedule because you already passed NCLEX :)

After NCLEX I felt that I had passed. The computer stopped at 75 and I got about 15 SATA. I had focused on studying level 3 type questions on Kaplan Qbank so I could tell that the questions were harder, which was a good thing. The Pearson vue trick helped me ease my anxiety until the 48 hours came up and I was able to check the BRN for my license (I'm in California so we don't get quick results) I was at the hospital working with a bunch of nurses and they all said the Pearsonvue trick worked for them when they took NCLEX and it also worked for me.

The Pearsonvue trick is not 100% but it's pretty much spot on. If you're like me and having a full panic attack, ease your anxiety and try it out. If you can't schedule for another test, it most likely means you passed.

Good Luck future nurse! And may the odds be ever in your favor!
