Pay/conditions at UM health systems or Sylvester comprehensive cancer center?

Does anyone know anything about the University of Miami health systems or the Sylvester comprehensive cancer center? I have a chance to work there and wanted to see what the pay is for new BSN grads. Also curious if people like working there and what its like? Thanks

um/sccc is a huge family of clinics, specialties, inpatient and outpatient care. can you be more specific about where you were offered to work and what you are looking for?

I really dont know exactly what UM location. I know the options are UM dept of med, UM dept of surgery, UM bascolm palmer eye, other UM clinics, and UM Sylvester cancer center. I got the UM Miller scholarship and we have to work for 24 months at one of those places. We finish this coming May so I guess its still a bit away. Problem is the lady in charge of the HR is impossible to get hold of so we all basically gave up trying. I just went in for the interview then one day got an email saying I got the scholarship. Followed by them paying for summer, fall and spring. No one really explained to us anything other than we will be working in one of those places for 24 months. They already paid for school though so I know they are expecting me to work in one of those places. I figured since it was all part of UM maybe the starting new grad BSN pay would be somewhat standard, as would the conditions. I kind of want to try Sylvester center and hope I would like oncology. Thanks for any feedback.
