Patient Teaching Art/Clip Art

I am in the process of developing numerous patient teaching handouts for my staff to use to educate their hospice patients but have been unable to locate any clip art or diagrams that can be purchased or downloaded to add to our handouts. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can find pictures/drawings/clip art to purchase for this purpose? I have researched a few companies that have pre-made handouts, but really don't need to use them as our handouts are written, we just need pictures. HELP! thanks!
