Hi everyone,
It's my third week in my first semester of nursing school Last week, at clinicals, we were assigned to a patient to perform patient interviews. This week, our clinical instructor wanted us to document our interviews as a "narrative." I'm not entirely sure how to do this since we have not gone over it in class and I cannot find any examples in my books. I have an idea but I'd like to know for sure. Does anyone have any examples?
Thank you!

A narrative is simply writing a story in paragraph format. Think of it as recounting the conversation like you were writing an entry in your diary.
