Patient Care Assistant Salary in South FL

Hey, everyone

I was thinking about doing the Patient Care Assistant/Tech course. I was wondering in dade and broward county if anyone know the starting salary? I really want to work for Memorial Health Care System in Broward if anyone know the starting rate there?

Eventually I want to be become a RN but Looking to get into the health field.

I am not sure I think its $13 according to a friend of mine that just finish doing a course in ft lauderdale, but I'm looking into doing the PCA while I climb the ladder for RN where did you take your classes to become a PCA?

Not yet I to am looking for a school they have a post either in this thread or the florida nurses anout cna/pct in florida and they have some schools listed that ima look into I'm just tired or working at a call center ready to finally do something in the medical field until I finish school.

OMG I know exactly what you mean I work at a call center too. I'm so so tired of the call center it is crazy. Do you have the link to that thread so I can see what schools are on that list?
