Pat Reps who are fair to all.

I made an inference about Pat Reps in a negative contex, and, since it is so easy to get negative (for me at least!), when thinking of the miseries that have befell me in trying to earn a living as a Nurse, I would like to be fair and say Thanks to the Patient Reps out there who do know that there are unreasonable patients and who try to intervine for the Nurses .

These are the same Patient Reps who know that Nurses are just human and if a Nurse could have been more tactful they try to make the point in an educational way, so that a bad situtation becomes a learning experience for all involved instead of an experience of brutality and terror which just leads to another Nurse leaving Nursing, creating more staff shortages, more miserable Nurses and more unhappy patients.

To Patient Reps like this, Thanks, I don't know how you do it day after day!
