Passport/Visa has not yet arrived...

My friend was interviewed first week of June. The consul said they will not process her visa without an NBI clearance. She submitted her NBI clearance 2days after the interview. It's been a month now and her passport is still with the embassy. She called up the embassy and they said it is still on process... She already paid Delbros after the interview... Will she be able to get a visa? Will she get denied? Now she is losing hope...

i have also the same case, they require me to submit a new nbi clearance. i had my interview last june 26. i dont know what took them so long to issue a visa. always follow up with the embassy by calling their hotline.. what date did she had her interview?

She had her interview 1st week of june... I forgot the exact date...

Why did they require you a new NBI clearance? You were supposed to get from the Embassy on the day of the interview the original copy of the NBI clearance (together with other documents) you submitted to NVC right?

They require me to submit a new nbi clearance, because i recently got married before the interview and they want me get a new nbi with the married name.
