Passed my exam in A&P!!

Published

I was so excited to get my exam back today in A&P to see that I made a high B. I did not do well at all on my first exam, so I was happy to see I'm making improvement! I think I've finally got my learning pattern down...which is great news! We started going over the muscles today...seems like it's gonna be pretty tough. But I know I can do anything I put my mind to. Anybody got any advice on the muscles chapter? How did you guys study for it? I am also taking the NET Exam a week from this saturday...any advice? I've taken it once before but did not do so hot, I feel as if I'm better prepared this time. I would be appreciate any advice from you guys! thanks!

Mallory,

Congratulations on getting a high B on your Anatomy Exam!! :yeah: I just took my midterm Anatomy Lab Practical which included the Muscle System today... this recommendation may sound like common sense, but make sure when you are reviewing the muscles, you review both sides of the body (left & right...) Our Lab Practical was set up in stations (models & cadavers) tagged with numbers.... It was a fill-in-the-blank exam... When I studied/reviewed for the exam I learned the Muscle System by practicing all of the muscles on the right side of my body (I'm right handed...) 'anywho' all the models for the exam were left-sided and everything that was tagged on the cadavers was on the left side.... It may not seem like such a big deal, but I wasted time trying to orientate each muscle and we only had 1 minute to answer each question. Hope that helps :)

Great job and good luck!!
