Yes, it's charging a late fee. I'm waiting for an update.

did you notify them? I feel like theyre annoyed when I follow these things up. I called yesterday and told them usually Alissa is good with replying and I want to pay already. the one who answered said " Well, everybody needs a break sometime..." GEEESH

I did, but so far no response.

She replied yesterday saying it has been resolved but its still the same overdue error. Is it just me?
