Pasadena City College Career Ladder LVN to RN Summer 2023

Published

Hello all! I recently applied to Pasadena City College bridge program for a start in Summer 2023. I thought I'd start this post to see if any one else has applied and keep each other updated. Best of luck!

Hello, I applied for Summer 2023 at PCC

I recently recieved an email that I am currently an alternate for the program.

I'm not sure how many alternates they choose..but I'm hoping my odds are still good ?

Hi! Did you receive the email through a personal email or Pcc email? And also was it the LVN to RN bridge that you applied to?

I recieved it in my personal email. I believe it will go to whichever email you added to your application.

Ahh got it! Do you mind me asking what your TEAS, GPA, and overall points were? ?

Are you also an alternate?

My TEAS score was a 73.3, overall GPA 3.58. For points I'm not sure what I had I need to add them up.. what did you have???

Hello, I got accepted into the program. I'm wondering if there's anyone else who got accepted on here. Is the program 1 year or a year and a half? On the website it says 3 semesters long. Although the 1st semester seems to be the transition course offered over 6 weeks. It's a bit confusing.

Congrats to everyone. I'm currently studying for my TEAS to apply in June for 2024. Any tips on the TEAS? Or any hopefully tips on the application process.  Thanks in advance
