Part-Time LPN to RN

hocking college is planning to offer a part-time evening/weekend version of their rn program. this will consist of 2-3 nights of class a week (usually from 5:30-10) and clinicals every other weekend. the program will begin in january for students who need to take enrichment classes (or have been out of school for more than 18 months). graduation date will be set for december 2010. this is double time the length of the regular rn program because of the part time status--but it works well for those who need to continue to work their full time jobs and/or would prefer a slower pace than full time.

for hocking to put this plan into action they need more students to sign up! they originally had more than enough people show an interest, but sadly they haven't all applied. i am really depending on this program to take off so i can finish my degree!! this is the only way i, personally, will be able to continue school because of my need to work.

so if you or anyone you know is interested in this program... please contact sue ipacs at hocking college. her email address is [email protected] or call 1-877-462-5464 and choose the option for the nursing program.

please forward this to any lpns out there who are interested in becoming an rn!

thanks!!!!!!!

tina
