Paraphrase or Copy-Paste?

I applied to UBC BSc and wrote the personal profile some time ago. There's a question in the UBC nursing app that I wanna transfer my answer from my UBC app to. Does anyone know if I can just copy-paste or do I need to paraphrase and whatnot?
